The questionnaire prepares an email draft in your own email application. The website itself does not submit or store questionnaire responses. If you choose to send the draft, LivinNLovin Custom Songs may receive the contact information, names, relationship details, memories, musical preferences, package interest, and other information you include.
We use the information you send to respond to an inquiry, discuss the project, confirm scope and price, create and deliver the song, provide support, handle an approved payment, and maintain necessary business records. Please share only information you are comfortable providing.
Customer stories, names, photographs, private songs, and other personal details are not used publicly without separate permission.

If an inquiry does not become a project, we delete it 90 days after our last contact. We delete creative briefs 90 days after project closure. We may retain information longer when needed for legal or accounting obligations or an unresolved dispute.
The 90-day creative-brief period applies to our separate working brief. Personal details incorporated into completed songs or lyrics may remain in retained project materials, including Suno, for replacement support. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices.
Completed client songs remain private in the owner’s Suno account and on a dedicated client-music hard drive at home for replacement support while copies remain available. We do not promise permanent storage, and we do not promise deletion from third-party providers or backups beyond our actual control.
Contact livinnlovincustomsongs@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance where applicable. We review each request in light of legal obligations and the information needed to complete or record a project.
