Who we are

LivinNLovin Custom Songs is operated by Kenneth G Lydon Jr, a sole proprietor. For questions about a song, order, or these terms, contact livinnlovincustomsongs@gmail.com.

How an order begins

The website questionnaire prepares an email draft in your own email app. It does not place an order or take payment. We personally review each request, confirm availability, package scope, price, and terms, and ask for written approval before sending a private, customer-specific Stripe payment link.

Production begins after payment is verified and the creative brief is complete. There is no public checkout, automatic reservation, or public payment link on this site.

The First 50

Founding pricing is available to the first 50 unique qualifying paid customers across all packages combined. An inquiry does not reserve a spot. A founding spot is assigned after the first successfully verified payment. Returning customers do not automatically receive another founding-price order, and there is no public counter.

Delivery, timing, and revisions

The package details, included deliverables, revision limits, and target timing displayed on the site apply to the project we confirm together. Timing targets are not unconditional guarantees, and customer feedback delays may extend the timeline.

Your finished files will be delivered personally by email. Please download and back up your copies. If you lose them, contact livinnlovincustomsongs@gmail.com. Completed client songs are kept private in our Suno account and on a dedicated client-music hard drive at home, and we may resend them while copies remain available. Permanent storage or a customer portal is not promised. Any larger-file delivery arrangement is confirmed before work begins.

Legacy Collection is request-only. Its written project scope, including delivery timing, is confirmed before payment.

Changes, cancellations, and payment issues

A substantial change to the agreed creative direction, additional songs, or other new work requires a separate quote and your approval before extra charges are requested. Before creative work begins, cancellation receives a full refund. After work begins, cancellation or refund requests are assessed according to work performed, the agreed scope, applicable law, and any required remedy.

Accidental duplicate payments are verified in Stripe and refunded. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will offer an appropriate refund or mutually agreed remedy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Personal sharing and music rights

You may enjoy, gift, download, privately share, and make ordinary personal social-media posts featuring your finished song, subject to the rights we can grant for the project and applicable platform rules. Commercial distribution, monetization, advertising, resale, licensing, public performance, exclusive rights, copyright transfer, or other broader commercial use requires separate written confirmation before use.

We do not promise exclusive copyright ownership, unconditional commercial rights, streaming-platform acceptance, or ownership transfer unless those rights are specifically confirmed in writing.

AI-assisted creation

LivinNLovin Custom Songs develops lyrics and creative direction, reviews musical options, and selects the finished recording using AI-assisted music tools. Vocals and instrumentation are generated rather than recorded as live human performances. Musical and vocal preferences guide the creative process; a particular voice is not guaranteed.
